2005 Sabre 386

Westport, Connecticut

$196,000

The Sabre 386 was named Cruising World's Boat of the Year in 2005, and was the product of a many years collaboration between the famed race boat designer Jim Taylor and the Sabre Design Team.

Chrisoula  is a terrific example of this very successful model. Chrisoula's one owner has used the boat lightly, gently, locally, kept it docked at his home during the Spring and Summer, and under a custom Fairclough cover on the hard in the off season.  Among the updates and highlights are:

Winter/Spring 2024:

  • Stored inside at Safe Harbor Bruce & Johnson with the following work performed:
  • Hull:  Painted with Flag Blue Awlgrip and Clear Coat on Flag Blue gelcoat
  • Exterior brightwork wooded, treated with 3 coats of Retol, and one coat of Retol gloss.
  • Replaced exhaust elbow
  • New batteries
  • New grey water pump
  • New bilge pump
  • New blue fender covers (on order)

The owners of this beautifully maintained cruiser racer are spending most of their time in the West, and regrettably must part with Chrisoula.
