BACK DECK AREA
Boarding the boat aft onto the substantial 5’5” teak-covered platform, you can choose the port or starboard teak-covered stairs to the back deck. Once on the back deck you will see a large stern settee with comfortable padded seating. Included on the aft deck is a sizable rectangular wood table with fabulous high-gloss finish and a protective cover. There are also 3 teak folding chairs available for extra apposing seating.
FLY BRIDGE AREA & UPPER STATION
Up the stairway, forward to starboard, is an area with tremendous views and loads of seating for everyone onboard. Forward and center is the helm with similar electronics to below, including GPS/Radar/VHF/Thrusters/Search light/Trim Tabs and Camera viewing.
There are two seats at helm, double seating to starboard of helm looking back, and to port of the helm is a long L-shaped seat running forward, behind the portion that faces forward, with another great large table. To starboard opposite is a cabinet with under-counter fridge. Looking aft, mounted adjacent to the stairway, is a life raft stored in a neat fiberglass case. Aft of the large port side couch is a sundeck for lounging, with a fun surprise beneath. Remove the sun deck pad and there is a huge Jacuzzi, an addition to your fun-filled voyage that everyone will enjoy. Outside of the enclosed fly bridge area is an electric retractable hoist that can be used to lift and store an inflatable tender on the upper aft deck area ready for launching when time to go ashore from anchor.
SALON AREA
As you enter the salon from the aft deck you will be amazed by the beautiful shiny teak and holly decking and fantastic ageless woodwork. Look overhead to see a large and breathtaking inlayed wood framed oval glass mirror focal point with ambient lighting setting a luxurious mood for all. To port is a substantial, long, comfortably padded, neutral ultra-leather couch that runs the length of the port side of salon with curved inward seating on each end. The settee is completed with a fabulous high-gloss varnished table and under the table are a couple of upholstered ottomans that easily add additional seating. Opposite the settee, on the starboard side, are a length of rich wood cabinets hiding a full-size flat screen TV with an electric lift. There are pleated drapes lining both sides of the salon that open for the beautiful views or close for intimate lounging privacy.
As you walk into the salon from the aft deck to starboard is a slightly rounded stairway that leads down to the Owners Stateroom.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
At the base of the stairway, starboard side of the salon aft (away from guests viewing), is the yacht’s electrical panel. The location allows easy, quick access when boarding or from engine room.
OWNER'S AFT STATEROOM
At the base of the aft stairway from the salon, down and aft, is the entrance to the Owners stateroom suite. On center aft is the King size berth, its privacy away from other guests offering the stability afforded by aft sleeping quarters. Here, you will again find the timeless look of custom woodwork with brass accents. There is plenty of drawer storage and closet space to starboard. Port side is a nicely designed make-up area with flip-up storage organizer, a mirror and seating. Forward on port side in this large stateroom is the owners private ensuite head entrance with vanity, head and soaking tub that includes a shower.
WASHER/DRYER COMBO
Conveniently outside the Owners Stateroom in the companionway, behind wooden and brass accent flush doors, is the lightly used washer/dryer combination with storage cabinetry area above for supplies.
ENGINE ROOM
Exiting the Owner’s Stateroom, walking forward and off the companionway towards the center line, is the large and insulated door, windowed to the engine room. It is amazingly bright, clean, impressive and all white with shinny chrome exhaust piping. Housing the twin MAN’s 1050hp Diesel direct drive engines and Onan 22kw EQD MDK generator, along with all the other components that keep this amazing yacht running on its own world of full power.
GALLEY
One step up, forward of the salon area to port, is the nicely equipped galley. The galley has open viewing to the salon and adds to the full social gathering. The galley decor is wood and granite blending in gracefully with the entire neutral salon-level furnishing. It appears that the galley has had extremely little if any use. You will find granite counter tops all around and a curved bar top at the perfect height to rest your drink. The galley has matching granite square decking with brass inlaid accent spacers. It is also equipped with a black glass countertop electric range and black glass below-counter oven. The wood paneled refrigerator, with upper fridge and lower freezer, blends like a piece of furniture into the salon decor. There is plenty of drawer space in addition to the upper and lower wood cabinet fronts featuring brass closure accents and an eye-catching glass display, also with brass accents. The spotless stainless-steel sink is hidden out of view.
DINNING AREA
Opposite the galley to starboard side is a large U-shaped seating area with comfortable neutral ultra-leather cushions matching the salon couch. Next to the dining area is a glass display cabinet, the perfect place display unique glassware. There is a striking glossy wood table for dinning and the deck is the same teak and holly design as the salon, offering a beautiful visual flow, one step up from the salon, for one looking forward upon entering the boat from the aft deck.
LOWER STATION
Forward of the Galley, on center, is the lower helm station. It features a comfortable, high-backed helm seat. The lower station is equipped with duplicate electronics, the same as are found in the Fly Bridge helm. To port of the lower helm station, on same level, is the solid hinged wing door with glass viewing. The captain can easily open the door when docking to communicate with those on deck. One of the nice features on this yacht’s lower station is that when it is operated by owner as captain, he/she is part of the group in the salon dinning and galley area, not missing out on activities and conversations as some captains do with only a fly bridge helm station.
FORWARD GUEST SUITES
Guest Ensuite 1
Forward of the lower station, to port, is the stairway to the guest suites. The stairway takes you below deck to the companion way going forward or aft. At the base of the stairway aft you enter a beautiful ensuite guest stateroom. Like the Owner’s Stateroom, the king size berth’s headboard is on the center line facing forward. You’ll find sufficient drawers and locker space, a makeup settee with storage area, a private ensuite head and a large walk-in stall shower.
Guest Sleeper 2
Moving forward on the companionway, below deck to port, is the entrance to the second sleeper. This area could be used for guests or even as a crew’s quarters. It is quite basic with upper and lower berths. The lower berth can be considered a double berth and the upper a single. It does not have an ensuite head but access to the “day head” and shower is directly across the companion way.
Day Head
In the lower companionway is a head with separate stall shower (across from the second guest sleeping area without ensuite head/shower). Your guests can use this as their “day head”. It has a great size sink and vanity. A smoke glass full sized door separates the shower completely from the rest keep it dry and comfortable for day head use.
Guest Ensuite 3
Moving forward on the companionway, towards the bow, is the third luxurious guest ensuite. On centerline is a queen size berth facing aft. It is surrounded with the same timeless, custom, elegant woodwork accented with brass that is throughout this yacht. There is some drawer storage under the berth as well has plenty of cabinets and a closet. On the starboard side, looking aft from the berth, is the entrance to the suite’s private head with sink and separate stall shower. There is a large glass smoke door separating the private shower from the sink and head area.
