Your support matters, an important meeting will take place next week. We are getting excited here at Essex Boat Works as our final zoning hearing will take place on Monday, May 15th at 7pm to provide us with the final ok to break ground on our proposed new Essex waterfront marina building and restaurant. After a year of thoughtful planning by top-notch engineers and local architects to be sure that we have complied with all codes and regulations, we are prepared to present our finalized plans. We are not only business owners in town, but also longstanding residents. Our plans are within compliance and have the needs and desires of the townspeople in mind. The spirit of our new building and restaurant will respectfully keep to the aesthetic of our town and history while providing further economic benefits to the town for years to come. And…of course, who wouldn’t love to enjoy a nice meal while overlooking our beautiful Connecticut riverfront.
